CBA - Domestic & Family Violence Emergency Assistance Package
The Commonwealth Bank of Australia is part of a movement to end domestic and family violence in a generation, and this includes supporting customers in crisis. The Women's Legal Service Queensland Launches Penda - Sep2017
Penda is Australia’s first financial empowerment app for women with a domestic and family violence (DFV) focus. Penda is a free, simple to use app with national safety, financial and legal information and referrals for women who have experienced DFV. Read more about Penda

NAB - Domestic & Family Violence Support
National Australia Bank's Domestic & Family Violence Support program helps customers and people to stay safe, recognise the warning signs and access help in times of crisis. To date, NAB has granted $1.4 million to support the prevention and early intervention of family violence. Learn more about the program
AGL - Integrated Domestic Violence Policy
AGL’s integrated domestic violence policy supports employees and customers who are impacted by domestic violence. Employees may access free counselling services, paid leave and flexibile work arrangements. Melbourne Metropolitan Water Businesses - Response to Family Violence
Melbourne Metropolitan Water Businesses, City West Water, South East Water and Yarra Valley Water have augmented customer hardship and vulnerability policies to recognise and support both customers and employees who experience family violence. Programs include awareness training, specialised case management, affordability products, privacy protections and free counselling services.

Australia Post - Free 12 Month Mail Redirection
Family and domestic violence is the biggest cause of homelessness in Australia. It isolates victims from their support networks, local communities and social services. To help people stay connected, Australia Post offers a free 12-month mail redirection service for victim/survivors of family violence. Read more
Telstra - Concessions for Silent Line
In an effort to make silent telephone numbers more accessible to people impacted by family violence, Telstra has removed their monthly Silent Line fee effective from 18 February 2018. Additional improvements are also made to improve consumer awareness, understanding and privacy protections. Read more
