We talked with Rebecca Law, Senior Policy Officer, Energy and Water, South Australian Council of Social Service (SACOSS) and Andrea Linsenmeier, the Customer Affordability and Optimisation Leader at EnergyAustralia to better understand the needs and experiences of households who are earning wages but still living below the poverty line. We will also be discussing the importance of engaging early with these households to connect them with support.
