Scope -

Scope is a not-for-profit organisation that supports people with physical, intellectual and multiple disabilities to achieve their goals in life. They work with more than 6000 individuals and their families across Victoria in 108 service locations. 

In addition to supporting individuals with disabilities, Scope knows that enabling organisations to communicate effectively with customers with disabilities is key to creating inclusive communities where everyone can participate. Scope’s services are designed and delivered by experts with a lived experience of disability. Wherever you are on your access and inclusion journey, Scope can assist. Whether it is disability engagement training, Easy English translation services, or accrediting services that meet communication access standards with the Communication Access Symbol, Scope harnesses the insight of staff with lived experience to build the capacity of organisations across Australia to deliver the best possible customer experience for everyone.
